MODsense Release 21.04.2021

We have some other exciting improvements for you!

This release includes a new setting to get alarms for missing or offline loggers, logger 'battery is low' alarms and alarms can now be deleted in the overview page.

Summary of changes

"Expected Shipment duration" changed to "Expected upload interval". This change allows us to send notifications to users when loggers are offline. e.g. if a loggers' expected upload interval is one day and a day passes and the logger is not read, an alarm will be triggered for "missing data" and the user will be notified via their alarm settings (email/text).

This check happens periodically, which means that the shipment state can now go back and forth between "in transit" and "missing data" based on whether the data is uploaded on time.

You will see this change in the shipment profiles, shipment details, audit trail and the reports.

Overview page. Alarms can now be deleted without having to acknowledge the shipment.

Alarms when logger battery is low. Users with active notifications for a shipment will now be notified when the battery of the shipment runs low.
