Tokenholder Update September 2020

Participation Certificates, Monetary Compensation and Next Steps

Dear Tokenholder,

We hope you are well. With this we would like to share a brief update on the status of the token swap and the next steps. We want to thank you for bearing with us and for your patience, and we are proud to be again among the first to take a step further in this ICO journey!

Participation Certificates with Cash-Payout
The team is working on finalizing the issuing of the participation certificates. Those of you who have chosen this option, will be prompted to fill in their bank details on a dedicated site, which will be accessible with the same login data used in the token swap app.

Monetary Compensation (cash-out)
We are in the process of checking the detailed information you have submitted in the app and are preparing it for our accounting department to initiate payments. The broad timeline is still to be ready in Q4 – which by the way starts in roughly 10 days. Our team is working tirelessly to get this done as efficiently and soon as possible.

Compensation Period & Token Swap App
The current app is being updated in the background to accommodate the requirements for the compensation claims. Once version 2 of the token swap app is deployed – and the “termination of all rights attached to the MOD token” is done (see FAQ question 24 for more information) – we will start accepting compensation claims. This means that everyone who has missed the official token swap period can ask for the “monetary compensation” option through the token swap app. We will inform as soon as we are ready.
For all of you how already registered in the app and went through the whole onboarding process: you can still login and access all your info in the token swap app.
In Testflight apps are set to expire after 90 days – we will publish an update before the expiry date.

Kind regards
